Dr. Susan Baker is a retired Professor and Extension Specialist in the Department of Food Science and Human Nutrition at Colorado State University. She also served as the Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP) Coordinator for Extension in Colorado.
Dr. Baker’s research interests included nutrition education methodologies and the evaluation of nutrition education interventions with low-income women of childbearing age, and breastfeeding education and support. She has led multiple nationally-funded grant interactions and peer-reviewed publications in each of these areas.
